a benefit to apartment living
We get Christmas cards addressed to the previous tenants. We don't have a tree this year, so we're taping all the Christmas cards we get to the front door in a tree shape. The cards for previous owners really help in this effort. And, we get to see cute pictures of strangers' children.

Every day I'm here in LA with my grandma, she comes in from getting the mail with a grimace on her face, because she got more Christmas cards, which means she has to send more out... (now you know who I get my lazy from)
