I just read that case, and was immensely relieved to discover that the Court finally figured out that publishing some little blurb in the back of a newspaper is not going to notify anyone except your Great-Aunt Trudie who has nothing better to do than read the Public Notice section.
Also, after reading the blurb about process serving, I'm beginning to think I might make a better process server than lawyer.
