how blogging can actually prevent distraction
I was e-mailing classmates a couple of questions I had about property reading. See, I'm productive! Then an e-mail came from a friend whose wedding pictures are now available online. Oh, the temptation! So, I figured that a quick blog entry would make me fee guilty and get back to the Rule Against Perpetuities (the RAP).

Which, if read literally, would mean that you were guilty about some sort of property ownership. Which would relate nicely to reading Property cases.

A "fee" is a type of property ownership. I have no idea why they call it this, other than to confuse us poor little law students...
...and law student husbands. You know at the beginning of this semester I pretty much understood what she was saying when she spoke about matters in class. Now I haven't got a clue about 82.36% of the time. There is no question that she (y'all) is (are) learning. Because I can barely understand anyone. You must be getting closer to "lawyerdom" if I can't even grasp your language.
Yay! It seems that the farther along we get, the less we feel like we know...so it is nice to have someone remind us we are learning something.
I don't tell my husband much about the legal side of my education. I feel like it wouldn't be very nice to inflict pain like that :-P
